摘要:
目的: 探讨Ki67和p53蛋白在上皮性卵巢癌组织中的表达及其与淋巴结转移的相关性。方法:回顾性研究2002年1月~2011年12月间在上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院收治的55例上皮性卵巢癌患者,其中42例进行了满意的肿瘤细胞减灭术及盆腔和腹主动脉旁(达肾静脉水平)淋巴清扫术。经组织病理学检查证实有淋巴结转移者20例,未见淋巴结转移者22例。应用免疫组织化学技术检测并比较两组手术切除组织标本中Ki67和p53蛋白的表达,探讨卵巢癌组织中Ki67和p53与淋巴结转移的相关性。结果:在所有上皮性卵巢癌中,Ki67与p53蛋白均有高表达;其中Ki67的表达与肿瘤的组织学分级和淋巴转移分别具有显著相关性(P<0.01);而p53的表达与肿瘤的组织学分级和淋巴转移均无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:上皮性卵巢癌组织中Ki67和p53蛋白均有较高的表达,Ki67的表达与上皮性卵巢癌的临床分期和淋巴结转移有显著相关性。因此,Ki67在上皮性卵巢癌的淋巴转移判定、肿瘤进展以及预后评估中具有一定的参考价值。
Objective: To study the expression of Ki67 and p53 in human epithelial ovarian carcinoma (EOC), and the correlation of Ki67 and p53 expression with lymph node metastasis. Methods: 55 ECO cases, which were treated in Shanghai 9th People’s Hospital from Jan. 2002 to Dec. 2011, were retrospectively studied. Among them 42 cases underwent satisfactory ECO debulking and pelvic and para-aortic lymphadenectomy (up to the renal vein). The histopathological examination showed that 20 cases were with lymph node metastasis, and 22 cases werewithout. Immunohistochemistry technique was used to detect the expression of Ki67 and p53 in the ECO tissues to approach the correlation of Ki67 and p53 with lymph node metastasis. Results: Ki67 and p53 were both expressed highly in all the EOC cases. The expression of Ki67 protein was highly correlated with ECO clinical staging and lymph node metastasis (P<0.05), while the expression of p53 protein was not significantly correlated with the clinical staging and lymph node metastasis (P>0.05). Conclusion: The expression of Ki67 and p53 was detected in all the ECO cases. The expression of Ki67 protein was correlated with the clinical staging and lymph node metastasis, which suggested that the expression of Ki67 may be helpful and useful in estimating EOC lymph node metastasis, disease progression and even the prognosis.
