血必净注射液联合抗生素治疗细菌性肝脓肿31例分析

摘要:
摘要 目的：探讨血必净注射液联合抗生素治疗细菌性肝脓肿的疗效。方法：将61例细菌性肝脓肿患者随机分为联合组（n=31）和对照组（n=30）。所有患者均在B超引导下行经皮肝穿刺腔内抽脓术或置管引流术。术后对照组接受常规抗生素抗炎治疗，联合组在接受常规抗生素抗炎治疗的基础上加用血必净注射液50mL+0.9%氯化钠注射液l00mL静脉滴注，1次/日，连用7天。监测患者的体温、肝功能、血常规、血培养或脓液培养变化情况，比较两组疗效的差异。结果：联合组和对照组总有效率分别为96.8%和86.7%，两组比较有显著性差异（P<0.05）。联合组的发热、腹痛、恶心呕吐发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：血必净注射液联合抗生素能显著提高细菌性肝脓肿患者的治愈率，减轻临床症状，改善患者的生活质量，值得临床推广应用。
ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of Xuebijing injection combined antibiotics on bacterial liver abscess. METHODS: Sixty-one patients were randomly divided into two groups: combined group(n=31) and control group(n=30). All patients were received percutaneous transhepatic puncture and drainage by the guide of B-ultrasonic. Patients in the control group were treated by antibiotics routinely, while patients in the combined group were treated by antibiotics routinely plus xuebijing injection intravenous drip(xuebijing injection 50mL added in 0.9% sodium chloride injection 100mL, once a day, infused successively for 7 days). Detected the alteration of temprature, liver function, blood routine tests and blood culture or pus culture, effect was contrasted between two groups. RESULTS: Total effective rate in the combined group and the control group was 96.8% and 86.7%, respectively. there was significant difference between them(P<0.05). The incidence of complications such as fever, abdominal pain, nausea, vomit in combined group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05). CONCLUSION: Xuebijing injection combined antibiotics can increase the cure rate in patients with bacterial liver abscess obviously , relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life, so it’s deserve to applicate and disseminate in clinical practice.
