【摘要】 目的 比较不同类型腹部刀刺伤的临床特点及预后。 方法 回顾性分析2009年10月一2012年10月摩洛哥赛达特哈桑二世医院收治的227例腹部刀刺伤患者的临床资料，对其临床特点、诊治方法及转归进行总结。 结果 与胸腹联合伤组相比，单纯腹部损伤组在伴发休克、术后并发症及死亡率等方面均显著下降；与腹部单处损伤组比较，腹部多处损伤组在保守治疗率、阴性探查率方面明显降低。 结论 胸腹联合伤伤情严重、死亡率较高，腹部多处损伤阴性探查率低，二者均应早期手术干预；部分腹部开放性单发刀伤可在严密、动态监测下，通过保守治疗得以治愈，从而避免医源性创伤。
【Abstract】 Objective To compare clinical features and prognosis of different types of abdominal stab．Methods Clinical data of 227 cases of different types of abdominal stab admitted to Hassan Ⅱ hospital Settat Maroc from October 2009 to October 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Compared with the thoracoabdominal combined injury(TCI) group, the parameters such as shock, posteroperation complications, mortality were significantly lower in the abdominal injury group( P＜0.05). The conservative treatment rate and negative exploration rate in abdominal multiple injury group were significantly lower than the abdominal solitary injury group( P＜0.05). Conclusions TCI is a special type of multiple trauma with severe injuries and high mortality, negative exploration rate in abdominal multiple injury is very low, surgery should be involved in early stage. Some patients with open abdominal solitary stab wound can be cured by conservative method under the strict, dynamic monitoring, but the indication should be strictly controlled．
