摘要:
肝内胆管细胞癌是目前发病率第二高的肝脏恶性肿瘤，并呈逐年上升趋势；而且其转移快，复发高，生存短，预后差。随着对本肿瘤发病机制研究的加深，研究人员发现大量与肝内胆管癌预后相关的因素，并应用于预后判断，进而指导临床治疗。本综述主要对肝内胆管癌预后影响因素的研究进展进行系统性的分析。
Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma is currently the second highest incidence of liver malignant tumor , and showed an increasing trend .It has a high proportion of metastasis and recurrence, low long-term survival and poor prognosis. In recent years, with better understanding of the pathogenesis of the cancer , the researchers found a large number of factors associated with the prognosis of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma, and then guide clinical treatment. This review focuses on the research progression of the prognostic factors of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma for a systematic analysis.
