压痛点强刺激推拿配合药物注射治疗肩周炎的临床研究

摘要:
目的 观察压痛点强刺激推拿联合药物注射治疗肩周炎的疗效。方法 选择2013年1月~2013年12月在上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院疼痛门诊接受治疗的肩周炎患者120例，随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例。治疗组以压痛点强刺激推拿联合药物注射治疗，对照组单纯施以药物注射治疗，分别记录和比较两组治疗前后视觉模拟评分 (Visual Analogue Scale/Score，VAS) 和疗效。结果 两组患者治疗后VAS评分和疗效与治疗前比较均有明显改善，且治疗组明显优于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（P<0.05)。结论 药物注射治疗能缓解肩周炎患者的疼痛程度，而压痛点强刺激推拿联合药物注射能更有效的缓解肩周炎患者的疼痛程度，明显提高肩周炎的治疗效果。
Objective To observe the effects of strong stimulation tuina on tenderness points combined with drug injection in patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods: 120 outpatients with scapulohumeral periarthritis treated in Department of Anesthesiology, Ninth People´s Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine were randomly divided into the case group and control group with 60 cases in each. The patients in case group were treated with strong stimulation tuina on the tenderness points combined with drug injection, those in control group were treated with injection of drug only, the values of visual analog scale (VAS) of two groups before and after treatment were observed, and the curative effects of two groups were analyzed. Results: Compared with control group, case group got better values of VAS. Analysis of the therapeutic effects between two groups has the same results (P<0.05). Conclusion: Drug injection can relieve pain of scapulohumeral periarthritis, while strong stimulation tuina on the tenderness point combined with drug injection has a much better pain relief and curative effects.
