摘要:
目的 研究2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清spexin水平情况,以及进一步了解其与血糖和血脂的相关性。方法 226 例研究对象分为T2DM组和血糖正常者,测定体重指数(BMI)、血压(SBP和DBP)、空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C),酶联免疫吸附试验法(ELISA)测定血清spexin水平,进行统计分析。结果 T2DM组的FPG、HbA1c 、TG、LDL-C均较正常血糖组明显升高(P<0.01),TC也较正常血糖组升高(P<0.05)。但T2DM组血清spexin水平较正常组明显下降(P<0.01),血清spexin水平与FPG(r=-0.686, P<0.001)、HbA1c(r=-0.632,P<0.001)、TG(r=-0.236,P<0.001)、LDL-C(r=-0.382,P<0.001)呈显著负相关。多元线性分析发现spexin与FPG(t=-5.463,P<0.001)、HbA1c(t=-2.329,P<0.05)独立相关。结论 T2DM患者血清spexin水平明显下降,且与血糖和血脂(尤其是TG、LDL-C)呈负相关,与FPG和HbA1c独立相关,spexin作为一种分泌性多肽可能参与了T2DM糖代谢和脂代谢通路。
Objective To study the level of serum spexin in patients with type 2 diabetes (T2DM), and to study the relationship between serum spexin level and blood glucose and lipids. Methods 226 subjects were divided into T2DM group and normal blood glucose group. Body mass index (BMI), blood pressure (SBP and DBP), fasting plasma glucose(FPG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein (HDL) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) was determined and the level of serum spexin was measured by enzyme-linked immune adsorption assay (ELISA). Statistical analysis was performed. Results: FPG, HbA1c, TG and LDL-C in T2DM group were significantly higher than those in normal group (P<0.01), and TC was higher than that in normal group (P<0.05). But in T2DM group, the serum spexin was decreased significantly than that in normal group (P<0.01), the serum level of spexin and FPG (r=-0.652, P<0.001), HbA1c (r=-0.629, P<0.001), TG (r=-0.280, P< 0.001) and LDL-C (r=-0.369, P<0.001) were significantly negatively correlated. Multivariate linear analysis showed spexin and FPG (t=-5.463, P<0.001), HbA1c (t=-2.329, P<0.05) were independently associated. Conclusion: Serum spexin levels in T2DM patients were significantly decreased, and had a negative correlation with the blood glucose and lipids (particularly TG, LDL-C). spexin also independently associated with FPG and HbA1c. Spexin, as a secreted polypeptide, may be involved in the glucose metabolism and lipids metabolism in T2DM.
